Dave Hedeman & The Gone Ghosts release new album: No Voice to the Wicked

Dave Hedeman comes face to face with his past and the search for redemption on the new album No Voice to the Wicked. After a 10 year hiatus from music, Hedeman and his band, The Gone Ghosts, have re-emerged with a soulfully powerful collection of songs that speaks to their honest intentionalities, but also their skilled musicianship. The band was formed to be “a welcome home for music that’s uplifting, but with a subject matter that’s full of heartache”, and over the last few years the band has lived up to that description, consistently releasing singles that led to the eventual cornerstone album that is No Voice to the Wicked. Sonically, the album progresses track-to-track with a pleasant uniformity, but enough changes in pace and emotion to keep the listener engaged for its entirety before the closing track, “Lose It All”, which almost tells the whole story in its opening lyric: “Let the battle lines be drawn, but no victory here will be won because I know all we’re fighting for is to lose it all again.” Three years in the making, Dave Hedeman & The Gone Ghosts delivered on their mission to bring us a debut album that is as thoughtfully written as it is performed
