Jacopo Planet: "Brazil"

Jacopo Planet: "Brazil"

Jacopo Planet is a polyglot singer, contemporary artist and instagram model based in Paris. His message of love and of workout makes Jacopo one of the the most politicized artists in sound time. Inspired by Sean Paul, Céline Dion or Hugo Chavez, his music stylistically lies between pop song and world music. His first single De l'Amour sung in French and Italian is a ode to love and technique. In the text, a dialogue takes place between the two languages used, which is reminiscent of the summer hit 73 "Paroles, paroles" by Dalida and Alain Delon. The clip, directed by the Ukrainian youtubeur Aliosha Cheyko, shows through raw and realistic images, the artist, sound and bodyguard (Rodrigo Seraphim) and the Minsk Breakdance Troupe (TBM) occurring in several cult places in the French capital and Versailles. A few days before the release of “de l’Amour”, the artist tweeted: "I'm so excited about this release! Thanks again to my photographer Flaminia Reposi and my co-producer Tommaso Taddonio for their Italianness.

Having taken a taste of the dazzling success of his first single, Jacopo is now releasing a series of new albums. Not hesitating to go back to his people to film “Brazil”, the second track of the EP to be released in 2020. Land of contrast, it is in Moldavia that he goes, always accompanied not without reason by Aliosha to show the jovial daily life of a country too often wrongly criticized and considered "the equivalent for the Romania of Mexico for the USA".
