Johnny Reed's New 8th Album "OCTA OR INFINITY" was released January 31, 2023 Octa or Infinity... it's all in how you look at things...

On "OCTA OR INFINITY", Johnny stretches his musical wings further, and flies through life in an uplifting series of musical stories. Johnny builds his songs in the studio from a few words or musical phrases, and then follows his inspiration to find the song as was the Beatles formula. Johnny plays all the instruments, and does all the vocals on all of his eight albums. Johnny’s albums are Pop Rock, channeling the emotions of classic rock greats like, Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Crosby Stills & Nash, Pink Floyd, David Bowie, Elton John and Jimi Hendrix, with the philosophic consciousness of Bob Dylan.

Johnny’s first 2 albums “Rock With an ATTITUDE” & “We Only Came to Rock”, were Hard Driving Rock, as front man for his One-Man-Group named RAWK DAWG.

Johnny records in THE MUSIC ROOM ® Studio, in Redondo Beach, CA , where he also recorded the Voice of KING KONG for Universal Pictures® /Peter Jackson for merchandising for the film. Johnny was a consultant to James Cameron for the TITANIC, and has created hundreds of other unique audio/visual projects for major entertainment companies.
